Photovoltaic power station maintenance
The main inspection contents are: whether the photovoltaic module has broken glass, broken frame, etc., and whether the photovoltaic module junction box is deformed, twisted, cracked or burned. Then check the insulation of the electrical system to make sure the resistance of the system to ground is high enough. All bolts, welds and bracket connections of photovoltaic supports should be firm and reliable, and the surface anti-corrosion layer should not crack or fall off.
The structure and electrical connections of the inverter should be kept intact, without corrosion, dust accumulation, etc., the heat dissipation environment should be good, and the inverter should have no large vibration and abnormal noise during operation. The covers of the inverter and power distribution cabinet should be opened for inspection, especially the air intakes. If there are foreign objects such as branches and small animals, they should be cleaned up in time. Module cleaning should ensure power generation efficiency. The PV module surface should be kept clean. The cleaning of PV modules of PV power plants should be carried out in the morning, evening, evening or rainy days. Morning and evening cleaning must be done during dark hours. Wipe the PV modules with a dry or damp soft clean cloth. It is strictly forbidden to wipe photovoltaic modules with corrosive solvents or hard objects.
General cleaning steps:
Dust removal: Use a dry duster or rag to remove attachments such as dry floating ash and leaves from the component surface.
Remove solid stains: If there are hard foreign objects that are closely attached to the parts, such as soil, bird droppings, plant branches and leaves, etc., you need to wipe them with a non-woven fabric or a brush.
Washing with water: Spray clean water on the soiled area and wipe with a brush; if it is oily, use a solution mixed with detergent or soapy water on the stained area. After the solution has penetrated the contamination, wipe it with a brush; if it still cannot be removed, wipe it with a small amount of a non-alkaline organic solution (such as alcohol), then wash the residual organic solution with a mixture of detergents. Emergency handling may encounter unexpected situations. Therefore, in order to do a good job of emergency treatment, it is first necessary to repeatedly check whether the monitoring of the inverter is normal. Through monitoring, we can check and deal with the power station at any time, even if we travel far away. During the holiday season, many factories closed and electricity loads fell. Therefore, the power supply bureau may limit or stop the power generation of some wind power and photovoltaic enterprises. If we are notified by the utility, we can monitor it remotely through the mobile app and also limit or stop the transmission.
